Yay!Haul is built on the joy of finding cute things — and we want them to actually arrive on time and intact. Here’s everything you need to know about how we ship.

Processing time
Most orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

Shipping + delivery times (United States)
We ship from our network of partner warehouses. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days after your order ships.
You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order is on the way.

Shipping rates — United States
🚚 Free U.S. shipping on orders $40+
📦 Flat-rate U.S. shipping under $40: $3.99

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — drop your email in our footer to be the first to know. 🌍

Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll get an automated email with tracking. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after dispatch — totally normal, just give it a beat.

Where’s my package?
If your tracking hasn’t updated in 5+ business days, or your package shows delivered but you didn’t get it, email us at hello@yayhaul.com and we’ll sort it out.

Address changes
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to update an address, email us within 1 hour of placing your order. Once your order is processed by our warehouse, address changes may not be possible — and once a package is in transit, we cannot redirect it.

Damaged or lost packages
If your package arrives damaged, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we’ll make it right. Lost-in-transit packages (no scans for 14+ business days) are eligible for a replacement or refund.

Delivery to PO Boxes / APO / FPO
Most of our products ship to PO Boxes and military addresses. Some larger items may not — we’ll email you if there’s an issue.

Returns and refunds
